There is no 'Tarboard Committee', and never has been. This board was set up in the 1990s by Ian Edmondson-Noble, of Lancaster University, and has been managed solely by him ever since. Anyone wishing to make a comment to Ian about the board will find an email link at the bottom of the main TarBoard page.
