Peggy suffers terribly from Nancy's short fuse - does Nancy ever call anyone else but Peggy a galoot (mutton-headed, bob-tailed or otherwise)? John is never rude to his crew - he gives them orders, but doesn't call them names! Nancy's a bit of a bully where Peggy's concerned, I think some of Peggy's timidity and lack of confidence is certainly due to having such an overbearing older sister!
