Believe me, if you have to engage a lawyer, you've lost the case anyway, financially speaking. You would be unlikely to be awarded your full costs and there will time and expenditure which will be irrecoverable anyhow.

Oh dear, I had hoped that no one would take this literally. My rather roundabout way of saying "the following acts are OK" (see my post 26406 for a list of all permitted acts) was intended 'to cover my back' in a similar manner to the way that, when writing about which copper mines are "safe" to explore, one adds that no-one should explore disused mines!

(It was once - many hundreds of years ago - part of my job to know about digital copyright issues. I was the secretary of a group of computer users that was consulted by EU and UK legislators on proposed changes to the law.)
