Thanks for your reply Owen. I would be happy to have any edition's dust-jacket just to cover my old book. It is interesting what you say about the rear cover changing year on year. I have found a scan of the front cover on the web but unfortunately it didn't include the spine. My intention is not to try and pass the book off as wholly original - just to make it look reasonably complete again.
