Good recipe, Jock. However I really doubt if Susan would have gone to all this trouble cooking over a camp fire with the subsequent washing up as an additional factor.
We do know from WDMTGTS the Susan knew how to make scrambled eggs for her father but I am not sure that we have arrived at the camp fire version of buttered eggs.
Also we know the Susan said she was better at buttered eggs, I cannot remember if the text actually states that she ever made any.
Perhaps Ed would be kind enough to check for us.
