I ran a scan on the texts and found one usage of the words, "lay an information" - but only one. Perhaps a TYPO error of mine might have altered other references to where the scan did not pick it up, so if anyone can locate some other reference, I would appreciate knowing where it is, so I can go back and fix my typing.
