How many Johns are there on this site? The comments made by one of them (with the three daughters) was not made by me. Maybe I'll attach Benedict to my sign-in name: John (Benedict) so there is no confusion.
Thanks to those who commented on my remarks about SW. Renewed and invigorated, I'll tackle it once more. Thinking about it some more, it may be that I was influenced by the sailing around here. The underlying strata is granite and drops straight down into the sea with very few sandy or muddy areas. The deep water sailing around the Gulf Islands and the San Juan Islands just across the border is fantastic. I had my usual breakfast of a fried egg, sausages, coffee and toast.
