The World Wide Tarboard

I've been interested to see that TarBoard readers who have so far viewed my Images of Western Port page, the link to which was posted two days ago, have come not only from several other parts of Australia, but also from Canada, New Zealand, the UK, the US, (Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, New York, Texas, and Wisconsin,) Sweden, Poland, and mainland China.

Another small indication of the pervasiveness of the world wide web.

Just to see if we can get the numbers up even a little further, here's the link again.

(By the way, if you look very carefully at the top of the background (wallpaper) chart on that page, you'll see a round dot on Rutherford Inlet which marks where Wooden Boat Fittings used to be. It's shown from the north in this air photo, in the lee of the clump of pine trees, and with my 3-Tonner Sanderling in her mud berth in the middle of the picture right outside the back gate.)
