I get the feeling Nancy just can't help herself! Exploring is all very well in the environs of the lake where her knowledge makes her the natural leader, whatever John might think, but in this new place and firmly stuck in a secondary role, her natural bent will out! Just as well the Eels were around - who knows what she would have got up to otherwise.
