Sorry, John, just looked at Tarboard after a break in Wales. Yes, Windermere was very high (plus 5 feet/1.5 metres) and our little two berth sailing cruiser which we keep on a trailer next to the Lake was actually floating tethered to her trailer. No damage seems to have been done. I've tried to upload a photo:
