Hi, Adam. Actually the boom doesn't belong to Nancy Blackett, although the NBT do fly the TARS Burgee (from her masthead). In this case the yacht is (if I recall correctly) Wood Sorrel, one of the Hunter Fleet based at Womack Water, on the Norfolk Broads.
The photo was taken on the TARS "Coots from the North" sailing week in 2003, and presumably lifted from Jo Kennion's website (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/ray.kennion/Coots/Wednesday.html). It was taken at Horning, with the Swan Inn and Staithe in the background.
