There doesn't seem to be much progress at the Steamboat Museum, though the project is still alive to reopen eventually. The good news is that Amazon is now on display at the Ruskin Museum in Coniston. Note that it was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in winter 2009. Check their website for details of Christmas opening too.
You'd need to check with the school for precise dates of their Christmas holidays - this year they were back on 5th January. Cochy looks better there because it's off its trailer!
That leaves the Esperance unviewable at the Steamboat Museum, and the Gondola is usually off the water for winter.
