Canada Day 2009, otherwise known as Dominion Day was one to remember. We had a church picnic in the morning, and in the evening, my daughter took me to a performance of Les Miserables. Closest thing to sensational I've seen for many a year. The singing was superb and the costumes wonderful. The only link to AR as far as I can see is that the revolution of 1848 must have been a forerunner for the Russian Revolution. The weather? Warm and sunny with cloudless blue skies.
