Wikipedia does not know everything, a fact commented on before. There are other books with the title "Return to Treasure Island. In addition to the one by Dennis Judd in 1978, there is also one by John Goldsmith in 1986, and also one by Stephen Thraves in 1987. In addition, there are some elementary school books by the same title.
So do you have any idea which one you read? The Goldsmith one is quite reasonably priced, the others are hardcover and a bit more expensive.
