I just noticed today that Red Fox brought out a new reprint of S&A in paperback last year, celebrating the book's 80th birthday. Although in paperback, it has the 'montage' cover given to the dust-jackets of the hardcover editions.
I can' tell you whether other books in the series have been reprinted too or not -- this was the only one on the shelf.
