Nope. Those are all situations where Ransome's choice of weather conditions, whether explicit or implicit, allowed the plot to develop as we know it now. Had he postulated any other conditions, he would have found a different means of progressing the plot.

Tom and Joe both said it was lucky it was a dry night when they were preparing the trap around the Cachalot.

Dot said that "yesterday's rain" was what made it possible for Dick to find the tyre track at Ranworth.

At Ranworth, Ransome described the wind, both during the night, and the following morning.

So those, at least, are weather events or conditions specifically mentioned in BS.
