The Winderemere Steamboat Museum used to offer a fold-out leaflet with a rather nice map called "Arthur Ransome in Lakeland" created by the Lake District Art Gallery and Museum Trust. I have no idea if these are still available or from whom as the Steamboat Museum isn't currently open.

Christina Hardyment's "Arthur Ransome and Captain Flint's Trunk" has a map of The Lakes in the North for the front and end endpaper - the front map has the "official" names and the end map the Ransome names.

John Parker's wonderful "An ATLAS of the English Lakes" has many Ransome locations identified on the maps of the lakes.
