Note however that all of these show the "real" lakes with the various Ransome locations identified (including multiple Swallowdales, and so forth). However none of these actually show Ransome's conflated Lake.
Mike Field's map of The Lake (as linked by Woll above) is probably closest to what you want. It used to be possible to get prints of his maps but I'm not sure if they are still available.
