I think all the paperback editions contain the same text as the original hardback books, Simon. Perhaps there was a combined version of CC and B6.
Normally the thickness & quality of the paper and the size of the typeface will enable the paperback publisher to produce a more compact book.
The endpaper maps are usually printed within the text in black/white in the paperbacks instead of the coloured versions found in the hardbacks.
