I believe the Red Fox paperback series does include a combined and abridged CC and BS named "Swallows and Amazons For Ever!" - presumably following on the BBC television seris of the two books also named that. However, I think the Red Fox series also published full text versions of CC and BS, along with all the rest of the books.
