Probably not a launch operator. IIRC in SA (book's not here), Mrs. Blackett came down herself after the storm. In SD, Captain Flint was at the helm. Similarly for Rattletrap: Mrs. Blackett seems to have managed for herself, minus the odd fender. I don't recall her driving in WH, although that may have been as much trepidation about tackling Lake District roads (see below) in winter conditions. It was only with the old-school GA who didn't drive that finding someone became an issue. The trap in SD may well have been rented so the GA could have a proper drive, with noone having to crane around to talk to the people in back.
