I wish to correct the misunderstanding regarding the AR Sound Recordings that I obtained from the BBC on behalf of the Society. Under the terms of the BBC Contract these tapes may be copied and lent to Members so long as they are used for listening and research purposes only. The actual wording of the Contract is;
The Company agrees not to use the Recordings or to make any re-recordings thereof for any other purpose than their previously notified use for listening and research.
