Having served on the Insurance, Health & Safety Committee I cannot overstress the necessity for safety and particularly child safety. I too was amazed at Christina Hardyment's attempt to justify a resignation from the Board as an act of altruism. The simple truth being it was an act of the utmost selfishness. Is Christina really suggesting that rules of safety should be relaxed (abandoned) depending on who you are, or to put it bluntly, who you think you are?
