There should be no problem in Norfolk though. Lots of boatyards with dayboats. If you fancy traditional wooden gaff rig then the Nofolk Heritage Fleet at Hunters Yard Rowing boats and sailing boats are available at Bowness (Rio) and also near the Gondola pier/Lakeside cafe at Coniston.
