Can anyone inform me as to how "Taqui" should be pronounced? Is it "Tar-kwi", "Tarki" etc? I have just read "Chimes from a Wooden Bell" and "In Aleppo Once" and speaking to my husband about them, I realised I couldn't pronounce the author's first name. Thanks for any light anyone can shed on this.
