There was quite a correspondence some time ago about the so-called missing PM picture (the launch of Scarab) which appears on the dust-wrapper spine but not in the book. If my link works correctly you can see the original query at message 3518 and should then have a link to my reply at message 3543.
In brief it seems that there was no room for the illustration at the end of the relevant chapter. The original is with the other drawings at the Brotherton Library, Leeds.
