My mind was counting...it's the 2001 Event, not the 2002 Event.

The carp were spawning yesterday for the first time. Along the shores at Sweetwater Campground, there were areas filled with massive swirling...fins would break out of the water.

I know there must be some fisherpeople reading this board who seek the coarse fishes. Come on over and show me how to catch large carp. I've only been able to catch 4-8 pound fish so far, but they are numerous. No double digit yet. But they may not be carp after all...they could be SHARKS!! or perhaps whales??
