Be reasonable, Prue. Amazon Publications is effectively a non-profit-making book publishing club, not a public company supplying the book trade.
"In Aleppo Once" has been out of print for years, so you should rather rejoice that it is at last somewhat available again rather than complain that you can't have the benefit of the club without joining it.
