It's also missing in the David Godine edition. BTW, the Godine edition of S & A has the map from Winter Holiday - I went surfing the used book locations on the Web and found a 1968 Jonathan Cape edition which has the S & A map. Not very ARish style (more florid). Did they keep the map from the original illustrator?
