Where you get Java is seriously a question of what browser you have. You probably have it, but have it turned off. In Internet Explorer (5.x), Tools | Options, Internet Security, Custom Level... and check under Microsoft VM that there are at least some circumstances when Java is allowed to run. If you truly don't have it, try re-installing IE, choosing default configuration or manually selecting the Microsoft (Java) VM. Sun's Java site also has a run-time Java engine. In Netscape (4.x), try Communicator | Tools | Security Info and lok under Java/JavaScript.
