Just a small caveat to add to Gordon's information regarding the Coniston Boating Centre; they will not (because of their insurance arrangements) allow a Wayfarer out single-handed. So - I hope you have a crew, otherwise it's a Topper, be prepared to get wet!

If you're at Holly Howe during the first weekend in September, Dan, you'll probably see some really beautiful clinker-built traditionals made by McNulty. Very nice boats, especially the Longstone range. McNulty now have the rights to build Drascombe luggers.
