What Bruce said, John. She'd have a beam of maybe 10' and meaaure about 10 tons TM. Her top speed might be perhaps 7 knots, but this would depend on the below-water shape. Also, for what it's worth, with the sloop rig you describe she'd have no bowsprit.

However, it's possible that the galley and a chart-table would be laid out immediately inside the companion, rather than forward. In any case, the chart-table would probably be to starboard, opposite the galley, while the galley would certainly be to port (ie on low side when hove-to on starboard tack. This is how you'd place the vessel when sailing single-handed and you wanted to nip below to get yourself a meal, since on this tack you're the stand-on vessel to which others have to give way.)
