Later editions (starting in the '70s IIRC) of SA had a new map drawn in the fashion of AR, but featuring a composite Lake, identifying a number of features from later books. High Greenland is also there, I can't remember if Swallowdale was or not.

I had rather assumed Tea Bay was the village/town at the foot of the lake where the burglars came from, and which the steamers were sailing to. A number of Ransome's maps don't show the very foot of the lake - I'm not prepared to categorically deny he ever drew it in though.
