My slutter - half sloop, half cutter - has been called many things depending on whether the diesel died, the holding tank held, or the bilge pump wouldn't. At my marina, on the US/Canada border, where half the boats are from Canada and the other the US, I don't think I've ever heard anyone call their boat SHE. I shall pay attention to this.
