That other "Bill" spelled his last name with an extra "a", as KAISER.
I think we dropped the "a" in 1914; it had become unfashionable.
At least, I THINK he is the one you are referring to...

Who owns PEEL ISLAND? Is it permitted to take a boat and land
there? If someone were to pitch a tent there, would there be
