Yes, as far as I know this is the only reference to Tea Bay by name anywhere in any of the books -- that's what makes it so hard to identify its proper location.

The bay that Charles mentions where they all went to wind up events at the very end of the story turns out to have been Horseshoe Cove on the other side of the lake, but we only find out that this is in fact its name when we come to read "Swallowdale."

The bay where Peggy was going to hide with Amazon, as related by Duncan, is not actually named -- although it could be assumed to have been Tea Bay. Chapter XXII, The White Flag --

Nancy: "We were going to sail to Wild Cat Island. My mate was to put me ashore there and sail on and wait in the next bay. I was going to hide,,,,"
