Although I agree with most of the ideas that you put forward in your
postings, I am quite at variance with all this claptrap about the
eventual plans (matrimonial or other) of AR's characters. ("Bridgit,
Do, or did you ever, fancy the Mastadon?"). For me, one of the best things
about the characters is that they will never grow up and give
me hope that if they don't then perhaps I mightn't either.
