A clock going at n times the correct speed, where n is a positive or
negative integer, is right just |n-1| times in each twelve hours,
or 2|n-1| times a day. Carroll noticed the case n=0 but not n=2.

More generally, two clocks respectively going at m and n times the correct
speed (where m and n are both integers) agree 2|m-n| times a day.
