Hi Geraint, I hadn't realised that PP had referenced Beckfoot having a drawing room. Thanks for the reminder.

Perhaps it would be useful if we drew up a definitive list of the rooms that we know Beckfoot has? Let's start with:downstairs

Hall,
Drawing room,
Dining room,
Parlour - (conjecture, but impossible to imagine a house like Beckfoot without)
Kitchen
Pantry
Larder
Jim Turner's Study

upstairs

Landing
Mrs Blackett's bedroom
Nancy's bedroom
Peggy's bedroom
Guest bedroom
Cook's bedroom (conjecture)
Box room
Maid's bedroom (conjecture)

So what have I forgotten?
