Certainly 3 million cheers is in SW rather than WH.
It strikes me as remarkable the extent that signalling plays in the books. We have:
SD and the parrot/arrow letter
WH with various methods used, crucialy the 'Flag at Beckfoot' which is pivotal.
PP and the vital fight of Sapho.
SW and the eel message.
ML and Capn Flint's SOS.
There are probably many other examples. It just shows how, as said before, that a couple of mobile phones would have killed many an adventure dead.
'3 Million Cheers' is redolent of Nancy's joie de vivre. Three words capture her character.
