We of Amazon Publishing are well aware of this possibility, but in general, selling only to TARS members means that they will keep their books until they have to break up their library, for whatever reason. It is interesting to see what value the second-hand market puts on them.
As for J&B, this is a book with a charmed life. We have already sold out twice, and then another cache comes to light. So at present, a few get bought every year and there are still about 15 copies left.
And if anyone reading is a member of TARS and has subscribed to this year's book, it will be posted within the next two weeks.
