Hh'mmm... Primer was always 'pink primer' in my day (as it still is), and the accent is definitely on the "pink". That orange stuff looks more like Cetol to me.
However, and whatever it is, let's hope it weathers fast and that no-one's disposed to keep renewing it. If it weathers to a colour that matches the jamb it'll be just about perfect.
