There is one other possibility. I have mentioned Amazon Publications on the Tarboard before. Because our books are only available to members of TARS, the Literary Executors give us outstandingly generous reproduction rights. This means we can produce limited editions at affordable prices, but only for genuine AR enthusiasts.
Roger had many years as one of the Amazons team; in fact some of his recent books draw on his previous work for AP, and we take great pleasure that it's available to a wider audience.
