Oh no! Bohemia in London is a great book. It really made me chuckle, and AR reveals all sorts of sneaky glimpses into his own life, as it is very autobiographical (albeit tweaked here and there).
'Duds' was meant to cover whatever anyone doesn't like amongst:
1904 The ABC of Physical Culture
1904 The Souls of the Streets
1905 The Stone Lady
1906 A Child's Book of the Garden
1906 A Child's Book of the Seasons
1906 Highways and Byways in Fairyland
1906 Pond and Stream
1909 The Little People of the Wood
1910 The Imp And The Elf And The Ogre
1911 The Hoofmarks of the Faun
1913 Portraits and Speculations
1915 The Elixir of Life
1919 Aladdin and his Wonderful Lamp
What a shame we don't have any records of the other ghost-written books from this early time. Though they could be dreadful duds too!
