I think CITN comes immediately after P&M. The Coots speak of the Ds being at the lake. It all fits.
GN stands alone and doesnt seem to have any direct link to another book. But I am definately of the "GN is NOT a Peter Duck story" faction. I can imagine a Great Scism in TARS someday over this one!
By the way, have you seen a Gret Northern in your country? [A Common Loon in Canadian, isnt Great Northern Diver a much nicer name though?] They feature on your one-dollar coin I thinbk
