Yes, Andy, we do have a canned corned beef hash product - for some reason, that's what I assumed was meant by tinned corned beef. I should have been paying more attention. Our canned corned beef hash comes with little potatoes and gravy (I suppose gravy is in there, it comes out rather moist). We also can buy canned roast beef hash, for when we're feeling very flush.
Corned beef, as you find in delis, is indeed very good.
