Adam is right - shanties and nursery rhymes can contain homicidal 'humour'. In the UK there is (or was) 'Oranges & Lemons', the last verse of which goes something like:
'Here comes a candle to light you to bed,
Here comes a chopper to chop off your head.'
Schoolboy humour ditto - don't forget 'Per collum pendetur'...
