Can somebody please explain the meaning and intention behind the following highlighted part of Object 3(1) of TARS Objects?
"The celebration of the life, promotion of the works, and diffusion of the spirit of adventure portrayed in in the works of Arthur Ransome by all appropriate means consistent with the values and standards demonstrated in his writings".
