Peter H is correct in his advice. However it may be worth approaching the copyright holder (presumably through Jonathan Cape's) to see what their view is. It may be that we have some direct contact and, if so, this route should be used rather than contacting Cape's directly.I am not sure whether AR's estate or Capes would hold the copyright on the dust cover.
I had understood from Ted Alexander that Cape's were unwilling to sell covers separately.
In any case the back page of the modern cover has changed considerably with colour being removed and most of the individual book plaudits being shortened or altered. This is to make way for the S&A flags and the barcode at the end of this part of the cover.
If you need a typeface to repair a cover, the nearest MS Word standard typeface is Book Antiqua. This can be printed out on 110 gsm paper to cut and paste to repair an existing cover.
