Interesting that these young actors had to wear life jackets, but the ones in the Swallows and Amazons Forever! films did not -- or at least theirs did not show.
May I ask what is the underlying significance (if any) of this being the basis for AR's objections to the movie? I understand why he would object (I would!), but Iain seems to hint that the objection cited was merely a cover for some other concern. Or am I reading too much into it?
Maybe I just haven't been around the TarBoard long enough to have picked up on something obvious that the rest of you know!
